Low Tor Quick Lube will only collect data for the purposes on maintaining detailed service records and providing an accurate history for our customers. A customer's information is collected volunartarily and is at the discretion of the customer on what information they want to share with Low Tor Quick Lube. Low Tor Quick Lube will NOT share, trade or sell this personal information to any third party entities and will limit access to this information to the employees of Low Tor Quick Lube.
Financial Information
Low Tor Quick Lube allows the option of payment for services with a credit card. This transaction is processed at a machine on premise that transmits the information to a credit card processor who validates and collects the payment. The detailed credit card information used in this transacion is NOT recorded or stored in any form.
Vehicle Information
Low Tor Quick Lube keeps a digital record of all services provided to it's customers. These detail records are stored and kept private in a database for historical purposes. Low Tor Quick Lube currently has an association with Car Fax and receives vehicle information as well as service history for vehicles serviced by Low Tor Quick Lube. In exchange, Low Tor Quick Lube provides CarFax with service information on that vehicle but does NOT provide any personal or financial information for that service. Customers at Low Tor Quick Lube can request the option to not send data to CarFax for this or any future services at Low Tor Quick by notifying an employee prior to the completion of the service. With the exception of CarFax, Low Tor Quick Lube does NOT share, trade or sell any vehicle information to any third party entities and will limit access to this information to the employees of Low Tor Quick Lube.
